certainly is a great video, never seen a recording of such good quality ikon. this is talking about a recording a show of ikon. as a band because they are and will remain outstanding.
Hey Peter, I totally agree with you. I also bought the Pagan Love Songs 2-Sampler because of the 2009 version. I usually don't like re-recordings but with Ikon it's different! I really like when Ikon makes new recordings. Maybe a part of it is because I like Chris' voice better than Michaels. My favourite is Hallowed Ground from The Spooky Halloween Creepshow. THAT would be something to experience live! Great video, BTW!
To join the chorus of agreement, I agree too. I love Chris's voice a lot more (less droning!) and so hearing one of the great early Ikon songs with his voice makes it even better.
Hopefully we'll get a full-length video of a show in even better quality than this soon because the band had two cameras record the Berlin and Leipzig shows on this tour.
Hi Michelle, Hi Orm! As you, I prefer Chris' voice rather more than Michaels and I hope Chris, Dino and Anthony struggle to their feet in the future to do re-recordings of some early Ikon songs. That would be great...
IKON is a darkwave band from Melbourne, Australia. The band has just released its sixth album "Love, Hate and Sorrow" and is playing thirteen shows in Europe from 17 September 2009 to 3 October 2009.
excellent video, great song and I really appreciate the 2009 version on the "Pagan Love Songs-Sampler" which I got yesterday for only this reason.
