ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I had only the possibility to see your first great gig in Frankfurt.
It made quite an impression on me. It was one of the best gigs I´ve seen in recent years. In your biography, you don´t have to write that you played on the same bill as influential and popular groups such as e.g. The Sisters of Mercy. I would even go so far as to say that they can´t reach you ;-)
I hope there will be many fans at the Shows in Berlin and Leipzig and I can´t hardly wait to get the planned DVD.
And the new great Material: "Love, Hate And Sorrow" is on heavy rotation on my cd-player. As far as I´m concerned: Album of the year 2009!

I think the same thing you (peter) IKON is well above many other bands.
ReplyDeletefor me it is amazing to listen to albums by IKON in my car, without presumption, I have a great audio system and listen there is particularly fascinating, but now that the days here in Mexico are cold, cloudy and rainy.
I reach you guys IKON is for me the best in the "genre". And like Peter (Hallo Peter wie geht's?)"Love, Hate and Sorrow" is for me the album of the year 2009!
ReplyDeleteI rarely listen to them at home in the living room, because there's always so many things to do and I cannot concentrate myself on their music.
I enjoy listening to them writting my fanfictions, keeping a part of my mind roaming between their music and my imagination, giving so many weird and wonderful vibrations into my soul.
(@ Peter: ich mage auch viel Wolfsheim und du? / I like Wolfsheim very much too, and you?)
Anyway, for fans eyes and ears this tour's awsome! Thank you Chris, Tony and Dino!
